SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays).

UK Standard Delivery We offer free standard delivery on all orders to mainland UK addresses. Estimated delivery within 2–5 business days.

UK Express Delivery Available at checkout for £2.99. Estimated delivery within 1–2 business days.

Delivery Restrictions Some products cannot be delivered to certain UK locations including the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands, and other remote areas due to courier or supplier restrictions. Where a delivery restriction applies to your order, you will be notified at checkout or contacted directly after placing your order.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Lost or Delayed Orders If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at support@wattrix.co.uk and we will investigate with the courier.

Important Wattrix is not responsible for delays caused by courier issues or circumstances beyond our control. We currently do not ship outside of the United Kingdom.
