Delivery

How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 2–5 working days on our free standard shipping. If you choose express shipping (£2.99), you'll receive your order within 1–2 working days. Please note: the Aquarius WiFi Smart Camera Doorbell (Black) has a slightly longer delivery time of 5–6 working days.

How much does shipping cost?
Standard delivery is free on all orders. Express delivery (1–2 working days) is available for £2.99.

Do you deliver outside the UK?
We currently deliver to the UK only.

How quickly will my order be dispatched?
Most products are dispatched within 24 hours. Some items may take 2–4 days to dispatch — this will be reflected in the delivery timeframe shown on the product page.

Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched.

Returns & Refunds

What is your returns policy?
We offer a 30-day returns policy. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, contact us within 30 days of receiving it and we'll sort it out.

My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
Contact us at adrian.schaal@wattrix.co.uk with a photo of the damage and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund straight away.

Who pays for return postage?
If the item is faulty or damaged, we'll cover the return postage. If you're returning for any other reason (e.g. changed your mind), return postage is the customer's responsibility.

Orders

Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, so we can't guarantee changes once an order is placed. Contact us as soon as possible at adrian.schaal@wattrix.co.uk and we'll do our best to help.

I haven't received an order confirmation email — is my order placed?
Check your spam or junk folder first. If it's not there, contact us and we'll confirm your order status.

Are your smart products compatible with Alexa and Google Home?
Compatibility varies by product — please check the individual product page for details. Products that are Alexa or Google compatible will have this listed in the key features.

Do your products come with UK plugs?
Yes — all products sold on wattrix.co.uk are supplied with UK plugs and are suitable for use in the UK.
